JBP London offer a 14 day returns for all customers. Shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

To qualify for a return

• Items must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage
• Items must be returned in all their original packaging, box, pouch, cleaning cloth, unused
• Any item returned with scratches and signs of wear/use will not be eligible for refund or exchange & item will be responsibly disposed of with no refund
• Gift cards are non-refundable
